Application
Step 1:
Remove the lid and unscrew the attachment. Fill the bottle with up to 380 ml of water. Screw the attachment back on and pull out the neck of the bottle. This can be screwed closed when extended. You can also close the bottle manually using the small regulator.
Step 2:
Position the bottle in the direction of the area you want to clean.
Step 3:
Now simply squeeze. From the first application you will get a feeling for how much pressure is comfortable for you.

Cleaning instructions:
We recommend that you clean the bottle by rinsing it with lukewarm water and neutral soap. Then disinfect the neck of the bottle.
Please do not boil the bottle. This can cause material damage.

Why do I need an intimate shower during the postpartum period?

How do I use the intimate shower?
First, you have to remove the lid, which is located above the silver ring. The lid may be a little harder to remove the first few times you use it.
You can then unscrew the attachment and fill it with water.
The bottle neck can be easily pulled out and secured by turning.
